Who we are
NADJIBU WHOLESALES is a marketplace in Kigali, Rwanda for phones, laptops, tablets, audio and accessories. We connect buyers with sellers whose shops have been verified by our Manager, so you can see real photos and videos, read feedback and deal directly with the seller.
How it works
- Browse devices, compare prices in RWF or USD and read other buyers' feedback.
- Create a free buyer account (email code verification) and place your order.
- You receive the seller's WhatsApp number and agree payment and delivery with them directly.
- Our staff track every order and can step in if something goes wrong.
For sellers
Register as a seller, verify your email, then text or call the Manager on +250794041111 for fast confirmation. Once approved you can publish products with photos, video, an optional discount and full details, and manage only your own listings.

Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address, WhatsApp number and, for sellers, shop name and district.
- Activity: orders, saved devices, comments and ideas you send us.
- Product content that sellers upload (photos, videos, descriptions, prices).
How we use it
- To create and secure your account, including sending a one-time email code to verify your address.
- To process orders and connect buyers with sellers.
- To verify sellers, prevent fraud and resolve disputes.
- To read and answer the ideas and feedback you send us.
Who can see your information
- When you place an order, the seller receives your name and WhatsApp number so they can contact you.
- The Manager can view accounts, orders and listings to run the marketplace.
- Service providers that deliver verification emails and idea messages process only what is needed to send them.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and security
Passwords are stored as salted hashes, never in plain text. Your account, orders, listings and uploaded media are stored in a secured cloud database (Supabase) protected by access rules. Your session, bag and saved items are also kept in your browser. Please keep your password private and sign out on shared devices. No online service can promise perfect security.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your account information by contacting us on WhatsApp/phone at +250 794 041 111. You can also clear this site's data in your browser settings at any time. Our service is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.

Our role
We are a marketplace. Buyers and sellers agree payment, delivery and warranty directly with each other. Seller verification confirms a seller's identity and contact number but is not a guarantee of any product. Always inspect a device before paying.
Accounts
- Give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Seller accounts must be approved by the Manager before they can publish. We may decline, suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Rules for sellers
- List only genuine devices that you are allowed to sell. Stolen, counterfeit, blocked or illegal items are strictly prohibited.
- Describe condition, storage, colour, battery health and warranty honestly, and upload real photos.
- Discounts must be genuine. The discounted price shown is the price you must honour.
- Keep stock and prices up to date and answer buyers promptly.
Rules for buyers
- Place orders only if you intend to buy, and respond to the seller after ordering.
- Prices are shown in RWF. USD amounts are an estimate at the store rate.
Orders and cancellations
Sellers can mark orders Pending, Confirmed or Delivered. The Manager can cancel any order, for example when an item is unavailable, a listing is wrong or a rule is broken. To cancel your own order, contact the Manager on +250794041111.
Comments and ideas
Keep comments respectful and honest. The Manager may delete abusive, misleading or spam content. By sending an idea you allow us to use it to improve the website without payment.
Liability
We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but we are not responsible for deals made between buyers and sellers, or for losses caused by information that users post.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated version.
